DESCRIPTION: IMIZA SUPER (IMAZETHAPYR 70% WG) is selective herbicide which provides control of grasses and broad leaf weeds in soybean. IMIZA SUPER is used as early post-emergence herbicide.
MODE OF ACTION: IMIZA SUPER belongs to Imidazolinone group of herbicides has both contact and residual action. It is absorbed by both roots and foliage. This leads to disruption of the DNA synthesis in susceptible plants. Lack of protein synthesis cell growth checked and ultimately plant dies.
