Stainless Steel Airtight Pass Through Cabinets
 
Double Door Airtight Pass through Cabinets, made of 304 Grade Stainless Steel having 2.00mm thickness, for fixing into the wall, designed with applicable safety factors.

Doors

Both doors are made of 2.0mm. Thick stainless steel sheets of SS 304 grade. In between two sheets MS structure (not exposed to atmosphere) is provided (optional Honeycomb Kraft paper insulated). Designed for manual operation. All hardware like handless, hinges etc. will be of stainless steel.

Locking arrangement.

Both doors are electromagnetically interlocked so that at a time only one door can be opened and other gets locked.

Doors Gasket

Gasket is made of high strength Silicone rubber with outstanding aging resistant is provided.

Inspection.

All welds in the optional leak path shall be liquid penetrate inspected.

Air tightness test

Air leakage test shall be carried out at a pressure of minimum 250mm WC of Air pressure
