Atlas engineering compny's earthing electrode is having two sections with Strip in Pipe technology. Primary electrode is hot dipped galvanized strip which is directly connected with terminals at top. Secondary electrode is hot dipped G I pipe in which GI strip is enclosed. The space between the G I pipe and G I strip is filled with earthing powder which has conductive and non corrosive quality. Earthing compound which is used to replace conventional coal-salt mixture is highly hygroscopic and conductive. It can absorb the water 35 times of its volume which helps it to retain the moisture for a very long time which ensures the efficient earthing.
