High quality components are used which ensure reliability of the system. These are also engineered, designed and fabricated at BoilerTech and duly hydro tested before dispatch.
Standard steam boilers are usually designed to operate at 3.5 to 100 bar steam pressure, whereas process heating requires low steam pressure. Process work load often require operation of steam boilers at high pressure. (Entire Unit is offered with IBR certificate).
Low steam pressure for utility is therefore obtained through pressure reducing stations, consisting of pressure reducing valve, isolation and bypass valves, filters and steam traps.
