PROPOSAL: We propose to provide services of our employees on contract basis to your esteemed organization on the terms here under- *The candidates shall be mage available for your selection as per your requirement .*A supervisor shall be posted to ensure proper performance of personnel.*We shall be responsible for payment of salary/wages allowances etc as per law or as maybe decided by you will not be liable for any claim or penalty and that shall be our liability .*Any employee not found suitable shall be replaced with short notice.*We Shall be taking a W.C Policy for the employees deployed and request you for reimbursement of the premium paid We will ensure 100% coverage of our boys in P.F., ESIC and minimum wages, as anybody working in your premises should work as per law of land, by our strict adherence to rules and regulations, you as a principle employer will be safe. We will submit our bill on 1st of every succeeding month and our payments must be made by the 7th of the month from your side.
