"Jadav" Tilting Geared ladles are manufactured as per I.S.I standard and made out of tested heavy section materials for heavy & hard use.
The bail arm is strong enough to withstand heat & load for years together without any distortion. Refractory retaining rings provided for holding the lining. Vent holes are provided to remove gases. A locking device is provided to keep the ladle vertical during handling. Ladles are designed for C.I. and steel foundry with adequate provision of safety factor
The Gear Box is of robust construction with precision machined parts and total dust proof protection. the ladles are turn through one full rotation. The tilting ladles are turn through one full rotation. The Tilting Ladles are finely balanced, so that little force is required to turn easily. Ladle of customers choice and specification can also be supplied.
