Frame is made of 200mm x 75mm x 2mm. thick, pressed C. R. Sheets, MS hinges are fixed with nuts and bolts and flushed with frame. Size of the hinges 150mm x 3mm. thick. Necessary holdfasts are provided on the sides of the frame vertically.

Shutter:

Shutter is made of C. R. sheets of 1.25mm thick, Consist of stiffeners horizontally and vertically. Front and back sheet has hydraulically embossed rib type design at the Centre of 65mm. Both sheets are spot-welded. Back and front sides are same design.

Rubber Gasket will be provided at three sides.

Finish: Epoxy primer.

Size: 6000mm x 8000mm. double leaf swing door.(Available in custom built sizes)
