"RAJESH" Core Mixer is specially designed on sound principles for mixing Foundry CORE SAND and similar materials. The Sturdy chassis is robustly fabricated from heavy section M.S. Capable of with-chassis standing continuous heavy & hard use. The ‘S’ type Impellers (Blades) are of fabricated steel provided at suitable height inside which gives a kneading action on the sand for a through mixing. The discharge door is side door type with positive locking. The counter system drive though V-Belt by motor. Which in turn drive the bevel-Pinon Gear/Reduction Gear Box for maximum efficiency. This is advance design for Big and Small Foundry.
