THERMIC UNIT (HOT OIL SYSTEM) : Thermic unit has the three oil heaters (boiler) of capacity 9 KWatt with temperature sensor and auto controller are circulated to maintain precise bitumen temperature. 1hp pump boils oil upto 200? to 300? degrees which in turn maintains required material temperature (Coal-tar) and keeps material easy flow through the pipes without any blockage. The material circulates through Hot oil jacketing type bitumen pump with jacketing & insulation on bitumen pipeline.
