Zero Leakage Round Dish Dampers With Electric Actuators
 
Zero leakage ON-OFF type lightweight dosed with high quality  silicone Gasket and single disc type Damper with outer cover plate, direct mounting with actuator having one NC and one NO contact provision for control wiring. Damper size as per contract documents, round dish.

Materials

Mild steel (optional Stainless Steel/ Aluminum)

Damper gasket

Gasket made of high strength silicone rubber with outstanding aging resistance.

Actuators

Electric operated spring return (optional pneumatic). Torque as required by the damper. Power supply 240V, 50 Hz, SPAC.

Time of travel 15second (approx. for 90°)
Closing action: On receiving fire signal and/or incase of power failure.
Enclosure: Weatherproof, conform to IP-55 of IS2147
Input signal: changeover contracts.

Finish

As per material & contract document.
For MS dampers, anti corrosive treatment and polyurethane paint powder coated.

Air leakage test

Air leakage test shall be carried out at the pressure of minimum 250mmWC of air pressure.
